Editorial Reviews:
This silky-voiced Texan foursome combine hints of the slow, laconic sweetness of R&B mistress Erykah Badu with the tough, edgy pop of TLC. Like other US R&B girl groups, their follow-up to 1998's self-titled debut comes with the suitable glossy sheen and hot, late 90s producer--in this case She'kspere, the dude behind TLC's summer of 99 hit "No Scrubs". His magical, minimalist touch makes tracks like "Bills Bills Bills" and "Bug A Boo" memorable for their insouciance, and deft, hardcore harmonies. Writer/producer Missy Elliot also puts in her several thousand dollars-worth on "Confessing", a low-key love groove. Though teenagers when they recorded this album, Destiny's Child sing convincingly of faithless lovers, e-mail stalkers, and extra-marital temptation, complete with cod-Shakespearean quotes. They also do a gospel version of "Amazing Grace", letting their voices buck and weave a cappella. Apart from a few less than enthralling ballads, it¹s an engaging, sassy mix.

GREAT R n' B ALBUM! ESPECIALLY FOR MY LADIES!
Comment:
This album is a great peice of work from destiny's child. It will always be their greatest album. The lyrics and beats are varied so much throughout. It has a mixed bag of love songs and sexy r n' b beats. My personal favorites on this album are "so good","bugaboo","hey ladies","jumpin jumpin","get on the bus". This album shows that DESTINY'S CHILD have talent, not just BEYONCE. It got everyone noticing that these girls were ready to take over the world by storm! ****IT'S A MUST HAVE!!!!****

Well being a great fan of Destiny's Child I hate to say that this is my least favourite album...There are the good tracks that they released and then a few others that I liked (Temptation and Stay being two of them) but some that I just always have to skip cus there soooo empty and boring...I know others will really disagree with me and thats ok but its not my favourite (altho I hate being negative!!) Although I do agree that there is a good chance that most fans will enjoy this and it does have some classics aside from the fillers. I also like the way they structured the album with the intro and the little rules between each song!!! HEHE!!!

A must for all R+B fans
Comment:
The 2nd album from the (now) Texas Trio is a must for all r+b fans. From up tempo in-your-face hits like "Bills Bills Bills" and "Bug-A-Boo" to sultry ballads like "Sweet Sixteen" and "Stay", this album will not dissapoint anyone. The vocals are brilliant, and are shown off in "Amazing Grace". Lead singers Beyonce Knowles and Kelly Rowland, plus (fairly) new member Michelle Williams, have beautiful voices and will be in the music scene for a long time to come.

She-kspears has saved this group. Destiney's child have hit the world with there second albumn reaching the uk markey for the first time. Bill, Bill, Bills in july 1999 hit 11 along with a follow-up with "bug-a-boo" hitting 10. Then followed the mistirious break-up of the group and the induction of Farrah franklin and Michelle williams. March 2000 saw a who need destiney's child "Say my name" hitting an all time high at no 3 in the uk charts with resonable promotion and the newer, sexier image along with a great tune. On the release of "Jumpin' Jumpin'" stoming only no 5 but faced with great competition saw a final performance from Farrah Franklin on Top of the pops as she split from the group with rumours of pushyness and heavy workloads set by the Knowles family (Beyonce, Matthew, mother , kelly(adoptive) and sister dancer). This group is thew de bomb but there attitude has gotta change ot it will be called Beyonce and friends (Whats left).
