a simply brilliant cd that is lost with the magic of the balearic sunshine a must for day or night
time listening and the perfect track to finish, dusty springfield Look of Love. Superb.

Absolutely MAGNIFICENT
Comment:
I first heard this cd whilst doing a working session at a friends house. I promptly 'borrowed' the
cd until my friend go tso fed up with me for having it that I had to go out and buy one for my self.
THE best money I've ever spent on a cd. It's mellow and upbeat at the same time, THE perfect
working and ambient music for almost anything really, and the entire cd takes you on a trip and an
adventure if you let it!

I close my eyes now as the CD slips into the computer, and within a split second I'm there
again...sitting on "Café del Mar", Ibiza with a drink in my hand and this CD soming out of the
loud-speakers...I can feel the warm, gentle summer breeze coming in from the ocean where the sun is
setting. As the last sun-beam fades away and gets swollen by the deep blue sea before us, people
start clapping their hands and the music gets a bit louder. This was my summer experience in Juli on
Ibiza last year, where this CD will remind me of my greatest holiday ever! The tracks are soothing,
moody but not depressing and most of all: beautiful! My favourite tracks are no 2 "Dub in Ya'mind"
since this was the first song I ever heard from this combilation, and then of course no 5 -
"Beautiful "7 -canny mix. The title kinda speaks for itself! But the whole CD is great...the songs
match eachother perfectly and hearing this CD almost makes me cry, because it brings the memories
back to life in such a strong way. This CD is a must-have in any music-lovers collection.

There is a thing as a 'good, dance compilation'
Comment:
From the first notes of Kid Loco's reworking of Talvin Singh's 'Traveller', I could sense that I had
spent money wisely indeed. At first I was apprehensive as to what 'style' the Cafe Del Mar albums
fell into and the answer is simple - None of them. The defining quality of this albums is its sheer
diversity and it's ability to chart the mainstream with leftfield alternatives. Check out Track 4
and, if you own a television, you will have heard the sample before... Simply, music which can't be
pigeonholed on one album.

All you need to enter a state of sublime tranquillity
