Summary: The Worst Clubland Yet
Comment: I have bought every Clubland so far and this one is the worst, only good tunes are the first two, Ultrabeat & Cascada, rest are total rubbish, Girls Aloud FFS!! Rubbish slow dance tracks that are not 'club' tracks... mine went straight back on Amazon.co.uk Marketplace up for grabs, very disappointed...

Summary: 90% Rubbish
Comment: Very bad album, most of the songs sound the same, too many pop remixes. Pop genre should'nt be in dance music, obviously the dance artists remix pop genre for the money. (shame on them!) There's about 3 songs worth listening too....

Summary: I hate to say it...
Comment: As much as I hate to admit it, I was disapointed with this CD.. the only song which really stuck out was the Daren Styles / Styles and Breeze remix of 'What hurts the most', the new single by Cascada, which in all fairness is a pretty dam good choon!
Other than that, you have got your standard 'pop - remixes' of the likes of Girls Aloud, and Rhianna, which, dont get me wrong, are good, but hardly harcore club choons!
I must agree with another reviewer who commented that the MOS annual 2008 was sigificantly better, which I also purchased, and agree that it boasts better songs, such as Freddie Le Grande vs Ida Corr, Booty Luv, and a really good Mash Up CD which in all fairness does sound Mint!
What could have saved this would have been a collection of actual club music instead of blinged up pop songs... the CDs only highlights are Cascada, and Lisa Maffia feauting Dave Spoon.
Sorry Clubland!

Summary: Cheesey, predicatable, and as ever, the "Live" cd just isn't!
Comment: I've listened to both CLubland 12 and The Annual 2008, to which I can say this year, Ministry of Sound have actually decided to make an effort and offer a sound of what's happening around the clubs.
However, the story is the same here - slap on the title of 'Club'land, and make teens think that this is what its all about. Oh please, if this is indeed 'Clubland', then the places I go to most Saturdays such as Cream was all imaginary. Most of what's here is just remixes of what were originally poor songs.
Ans yet again, theirs the annual Live cd - the catch being its not Live at all. In fact, on Clubland 8, they just slapped on 1 piece of crowd cheering and that was it!
If you have any sense, you'll at least buy an album were the songs aren't annoying and retain some musical quality. In other words, not the Sugababes...
