Nice and Comfortable
Comment:
I watched this film on my Amazon delivered dvd on Saturday evening. I found it a nice film to mellow
out with. The characters are good, as is the acting by the lead actors.
An amusing, sad
and witty film. Well worth the £3.97. Keep it in your collection and watch it on a rainy afternoon,
or a quiet evening in by yourself, or with your better half.

Good chick flick
Comment:
This was one of those films I didn't really expect much from but was plesantly surprised. It's well
worth watching if you want a nice romantic no-brainer film to watch one evening. A very watchable
and enjoyable film.

Delightful Romantic Comedy
Comment:
A good story with similarities to "Ghost" but has its own identity. An overworked young female
doctor has an accident on her way to a blind date. A handsome young man rents her old apartment
which is haunted by the female doctor who doesn't realise she is "dead" and accuses him of breaking
in. You have got to see the film for yourself, especially if you like good endings. Not quite as
tear jerking as "Ghost" but very good viewing. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

the on-screen chemistry between Rufflo and Witherspoon offers the possibility of an emotional moment or two.
Comment:
Review:
This movie is a delightfully romantic chic flick with all the charm and romance,
clever wit and twists in which we've come to expect from Witherspoon. This is definitely one for the
girls' or couples night in, due to the big tissue scenes and romance. It may not be everyone's cup
of tea - but the on-screen chemistry between Rufflo and Witherspoon offers the possibility of an
emotional moment or two and makes it worth a look.
Synopsis:
It only seems
natural to believe this film might be like "Ghost", the colossal 80's hit, but this movie has got an
identity all on its own - with a much unsuspected ending. Elizabeth (Witherspoon) is a highly
successful doctor who lives for her work. Unfortunately for Elizabeth though, on her way to a blind
date, she has a fatal car accident without yet having found her true love. A few months' later,
David (Rufflo) moves into the perfect apartment. Grieving from the loss of his wife, he starts to
wonder if he's going crazy when he starts seeing a power-mad blonde, claiming he is in `her'
apartment. That is of course until psychic Darryl comes to the rescue, well sort of. `Psychic
Darryl' (played by Jon Heder) a laid back sensitive book shop keeper that knows and sees `all' with
a wonderful hip attitude that is reminiscent of the 70's `love everyone' period. Witherspoon and
Rufflo will have you howling during the exorcisms scenes in David's apartment.
Life
Lesson:
Elizabeth's story of finding romance in the most unusual circumstances, just when she
thought it was too late; is a life lesson often pondered. Now, I'm not saying we should all ditch
our careers and fall head over heels in love with a man, any man - no, but what we can do, is stop
for a moment and remind ourselves what it is, that we deem truly important, asking ourselves the
question; "Have we got the balance right?" and, "if not, how can we change it?"
