I have been studying NLP techniques for a while and I have been able to use this DVD for modelling purposes. The ability to select the actual section you wish to focus on is a big help together with the clarity of the instruction. The various angles / half speed shots in "multiviews" and "checkpoints" really do help the visualisation of the golf swing. The short game area is also very effective. The second DVD, Mind Games is also useful for golfers interested in the "inner game". There are loads of books on this subject (e.g. Bob Rotella's series) and Lee Crombleholme provides a good noddy's guide covering decisions and pre/post shot routines. If you are looking for complex analysis of the golf swing then try Leadbetter, however, if you are looking for an effective, visual way of learning / improving then this DVD will provide excellent value and can be used over and over to help your progress. The fact that you can skip to the necessary area you need help on is very easy and time saving.
