So much fun and the instructer is very fun and encouraging too. Customer Rating: Summary: Workout is ok, but instructor is terrible and annoying! Comment: It may only be my opinion, but I bought this DVD in good faith for trying to stick to a fun workout routine. The dancing itself isnt what I expected (its not really dancing) but its ok. You do feel a good work out and I had to stop for breaths! The only problem is the instructor does go really fast even though he repeats the steps. You are left trying to figure out how to do a move when the instructor is telling you the next one. Its very very easy to get lost. The main reason why I will be giving my DVD away to a friend, is that the instructor is possibly the most annoying, smug, arrogant and dirty looking man I have ever seen. I want to see the instructor looking good not swinging his hips and looking stupid. This DVD isn't for me. Please watch the video before you buy it! Awesome girls from the Ministry of Sound music videos I recognise and an amusing, amazing choregrapher Gareth Walker! I only did Warm it up, Tone it up section, Dancemix 1 and then I did a cool it off section which is pretty cool. I'm very satisfied with this DVD and I like it so far! :) Customer Rating: Summary: Brilliant! Comment: This workout DVD is by far the best one i have ever bought! I buy a lot of workout dvds and this one is definitely my favourite! This is the only workout that i actually look forward to doing! Unlike so many other workouts which claim to be dance workouts (including the other MOS dvds) this one actually is! The main dancemix workouts are sooooo much fun that you dont even realise how hard ur working and how many calories you're burning! I've found with many other MOS dvds that the moves are too hard to follow as the instructors dont explain what they're going to do...they just do it! and you end up getting very confused! But Gareth (the choreographer) explains what the next move will be while you stay with the MOS girls. This is the only workout i've found where you actually learn proper dance routines rather than boring repetitive aerobics moves! For anyone who wants to get fit but have fun too, i 100% recommend this dvd! More Reviews
