If fact it was so bad I didn't even finish it and I have no desire to give it another go. The warm up was mediocre at best, the screen is split during routines (half the instructor, half a music video) which is annoying. There's very little instruction (even if you've done the intro)and lots of turning meaning you can't see what you're supposed to be doing half the time. The camera angle shifts all the time making it even more difficult to see what instructor is doing. It is great fun, good routines and brilliant tracks. The instructor is excellent and explains everything really well. One tip - when you start to get bored of the music I put the DVD on, put the TV on mute and play my own music through my stereo - that way you can groove to your own tunes too!Customer Rating: Summary: Great music but moves too fastComment: to do this you need to be able to follow the moves really fast and they are not repeated much at most 4 times. loved the music but i found it almost impossible to follow.
Customer Rating: Summary: classy, fun, good way to be activeComment: This is my second day with this DVD. I have very short attention span and I dont like plain exercise as it bores me. I also dont like anything too advanced and too challenging that it is hard to get hang of. This DVD works for someone like me. I found it just challenging enough to not turn me off. I also have poor coordination and thank goodness Fleur's routines are merciful. I think this is the best way to exercise. Something between real dance and aerobics. If someone taped me dancing around it would probably make top funniest home videos, but at least its fun. :o)Customer Rating: Summary: Rubbish Workout, Annoying Split ScreenComment: I bought this dvd a few weeks ago. I watched it once and found it so annoying that I sold it straight away. They split the screen into 2. One side shows a disco music dvd and on the other side in a small box is the woman doing a rather rubbish workout. VERY ANNOYING. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
