Comment: These 2 videos depict an extremely moving story about a wonderful lady who single handedly runs Birk Hatt Farm in an isolated area of Teesdale. She is dignified, gentle. her animals are her priority and she has gone without herself to ensure that her cow is fed. This will move you to tears and transport you back to a bygone age of manners, politeness and England how it used to be. SImply wonderful Customer Rating: Summary: A star Comment: This woman is a star. I first saw these in the 70's. She looked old then. Therefore I was amazed that she is still alive. They are so watchable because she really is a star. A lot of actors would pay to have what she has. You just watch her all the time. I just hope she has earned some money out of it. So pleased to know we could buy the dvd, again we have sat and watched with the same feelings of admiration.
