Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Great fun Comment: Wasn't sure whether or not this was worth it on Blu-ray, having seen it originally in the cinema then on TV a few times, but was very impressed. It probably looks better on the Blu-ray than it did in the cinema. The film is good too with Will Smith's humour enhanced by the HD transfer, I feel. You can see more subtlety to his expressions and people's reactions - plus a lot in the eyes. Highly recommended. Customer Rating: Summary: Superb! Blu-ray triumphs again! Comment: This is a superb movie, and to have it in blu-ray enhances the experience by a mile! You can 100% see the difference in quality, (same quality as i am legend and casino royale etc). I thought that this movie would have slightly less quality because it was filmed earlier than others, but no! Absolutely the same superb quality from blu-ray. Loving in! One to buy! Customer Rating: Summary: Worth the upgrade Comment: I bought this having owned the DVD and thought it would be a film that would benefit from the advantages of HD. I'm not disappointed, thankfully. The picture is stunning. As for the film, I think it's one of Will Smith's best yet often underated. Sure, it's no Oscar winner but as a quick fix of stunning special effects with a decent storyline it more than fits the bill. Enjoy!
