As a Manchester Unied supporter of five years, I am delighted to say that this has been the most memorable season that I have experienced in my short life span. I'll admit, Ronaldo was something else, his goals, his pace, his pure genius, I'll even go as far as saying we wouldn't have won the league without him, but this Digital Versatile Disc, shows what a team effort it really was, as United stumbled passed the coveted Premier League finish mark, with a 0-2 victory at the JJB. Louis Saha showed early promise, and Park excelled as the season mapped out, and this DVD captures all the heart-ache (of which there was little!) and all the glory as Manchester United became the 'Double Champions'. Customer Rating: Summary: waste of money Comment: Really poor picture quality. And complete lack of any worthwhile extras. This is really below par. Don't buy this unless you want to be disappointed. Customer Rating: Summary: Watch and Enjoy Comment: Manchester United - End Of Season Review 2007/2008 Having watched the full DVD i can say that it is without doubt a great addition to any collection, with all the matches covered in what was a truly amazing roller coaster ride of a season. When watching J.Terry take his penalty i am still on tender hooks in case this time he scores ! ( and i was lucky to be in Moscow). The DVD quality is excellent on my copy so the reviewer who had a grainy copy must have been unlucky. If you are a united fan you will enjoy this over and over again, SAF once again confining his critics to the also ran section of media life. Customer Rating: Summary: Great! Customer Rating: Summary: Amazing season in review Comment: This weekend the latest season review arrived in my mailbox. It was with great anticipation that I put it in the DVD player, hoping it would live up to the standard of the previous seasons. I'm happy to say it does. For me the following are important in a season review: 1. Easy access to all matches. 2. Chapter marks at the beginning of each match, so one can skip the interviews on repeated viewings. 3. Matches are shown chronologically. 4. All matches are included, except maybe friendlies. 5. Each match highlight includes chances from both teams. 6. The picture quality should be the best available. This season review scores 5 stars on all points. I'm not sure how anyone can give this product one star. Maybe the poor guy's TV needs some adjusting.
