Arrived promptly, well packaged but the second time I plugged it in there was a flash and the light went off. I'll be posting it back to KMS for a full refund. I'll let you know how good the return service is. Update - within about 2 hours of my email to the supplier they had sent me a full refund. That's what I call good customer service - things go wrong in real life but a good retailer sorts the problem out promptly. In the past I've had chargers and other accessories from third party manufacturers which have been of a noticeably poor quality and have had a very limited lifespan, but I'm pleased to say this one has defied such notions.
