Good Points: -It's got good space..i think i have about 17hrs worth of music on there! -Small and cute =]] -You can change the background of it -There is random(shuffle) and repeat avaible -The battery life is good of what i've seen on other reviews it's like 30 hours i think? -The earphones are pretty good but the best but standard..you can live with them -There is Fm radio -Volume level pretty high and loud -Reset button -After a few minutes of fiddling about the buttons are easy to use -Speaker is good to have! -Price goood! Very good looking little mp3 player, easy to navigate and the supplied software got us up and running in no time. Early days, but she is well pleased with it. Customer Rating: Summary: Very Disappointing Comment: Having already been delighted with my 1GB Zen mp3 I decided to go for greater capacity and was initially thrilled with the 'mosaic'. It appeared easy to download tracks and straightforward to navigate between various artists; even the volume was great(I used it with EP360 earplugs), but after a few days useage I couldn't access tracks which were shown as supposedly on the mp3 because it stubbornly skipped over a group of 4 songtitles. To add insult to injury it has now frozen on a track, having not played it for one second; the nine buttons are ineffective; I can't switch it off, or do anything to disable it and my pc doesn't acknowledge its existance. I am now forced to return it to Amazon for a full refund and am in a quandary as to what its replacement should be.
