Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Interesting conceptual package Comment: When buying music videos, one often has to be wary as the offered product is often a blatant cash-in by the band who have not had to do any work or promotion for the release of it. Subsequently, there are many poor quality music-video-collections available. But, happily, after i purchased this particular collection i was pleasnatly surprised and found it to be different to those many soulless collections lining the shelves. Apart from the fact that the music on offer is superb (all songs released from the excellent His + Hers album) including the sublime Babies, Lipgloss and Do You Remember The First Time? the videos are interesting and different, like 3 minute long excerpts of contemporary theatre. After all this is a 30 minute feature film entitled Do You Remember The First Time in which celebrities recount well, the 'first time' this is very amusing and includes Jarvis Cocker's own story. Overall, much much more than a music video collection and worth buying!! More Reviews
