Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Best beginner DVD out there! Comment: I've seen the majority of the beginner DVDs on the market and I have to say this is the best of the lot. The DVD itself is highly organised into sections so you can find the different moves if you want to look at one particular one. It also has a drills section where you can practice them over and over to your hearts content. I found the teaching and explanations to be very clear. Filmed in front of a mirror so you can see the front and behind it doesn't focus on her top or feet but gives a view of all. The moves chosen are appropriate for beginners. I don't mind that there is no choreography on the DVD, in fact I think it is better as it puts the focus on learning and perfecting these moves rather than jumping into learning a dance, Customer Rating: Summary: Very Good Comment: Good for beginners and intermediate level. She describes the isolations in good detail and very well. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the actual dance at the end was very short and there was no build up of a routine or dance moves. If you run through the DVD a number of times then it is likely you can build up your own dance. Good menu options, easy to find the section you want and option to play with music or music and voice instructions. She is very good and I would recommend this DVD. More Reviews
