Potent stuff
Comment:
This is the best album I've come across in a long time. Powerful punch. Stretches the genre by seamlessly combining influences. Bags of vitality.

Bringing me back to Hip-Hop
Comment:
This and Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip are making me rethink my attitude towards Hip-Hop and Urban music.
Although some of the theme are a little to 'american' for my british tastes most of the tracks are amazing. The influences go far beyond hip-hop and a bit of rock, to include jazz and even folk stylings. One of the early tracks, Mayday I believe, even reminds me of System of a Down in places.
Handlebars really is the stand-out track.
If you are looking for 'fiddy-sent' style gangbanging look elsewhere, if you are looking for cerebral hip-hop with well-though out lyrics you can do little better than Flobots.

Great album
Comment:
Great album. The mix of unique instrumentation and political and socially challenging lyrics make this album a must have.
