It does not deal at any length with Nelson, Wellington, or Napoleon. Rather it concentrates on the politics of the time and the Irish question to excess. One gets the feeling the political content is just make-weight as much is uninteresting. Trite interventions to explain £sd and that Ceylon is now called Sri Lanka iritate, as do constant repetitions. Disappointing and not worth the money. Beware the rest of the series. More Reviews
