Comment: This is fab! If you've seen and liked the film, buy this now! The huge range of styles are put
together to create a surprisingly together album :)

My fave track is Elephant Love Medley which
you just gotta sing along to! You gotta sway along to One Day I'll Fly Away, and dance to Rhythm of
the Night.

This is a CD guaranteed to make you smile, with some unforgettable songs from an
unforgettable film.

Summary: Moulin Rouge Soundtrack
Comment: This CD is the best soundtrack ever! The best track is 'Rhythm Of The Night'. It is my fave because
we did it as the finale in a show which I appeared in with my local performing arts group called 'I
Got Rhythm'. This CD has a good mix of different types of songs, some fast (Rhythm Of The Night) and
some slow. This soundtrack is a definate must for any music lover's collection.

Summary: Great record!
Comment: I saw the movie 'Moulin Rouge' a long time ago. I didn't really like the story, I thought it was
just a normal love story, not very special, but I especially liked the music. I just couldn't get
the songs out of my head, so a while ago I decided to buy the record. And that turned out to be a
terrific decision. I've never regretted that choice up to now. I like especially the songs that are
sung by the actors in the movie (like Nicole Kidman and Ewan Mc Gregor). Time after time, I'm
touched by the expressive way they bring the songs. My personal favourite is 'Your song', originally
by Elton John.
And I enjoyed of course the well-known song Lady Marmelade, for the occasion
covered by famous singers like Christina Aguilera. What a voice!
In general, this album really
surprised me. I was scared that the songs wouldn't have the same effect as they had in the movie,
but that wasn't the case. Every single song sounds perfectly. This record is recommendable to
everyone!

Summary: Ahhhhhh - an album for everyone
Comment: Not since 'Phantom of the Opera' has a film or a 'Musical soundtrack' to boot captivated audiences
with its pioneering storyline modified to appeal to the masses and the millennium with such
applaudable success.

I loved this soundtrack, I loved hearing 2 of the hottest actors of our
generation earn their magebucks and show us such fantastic melifluous voices and deliver the lyrics
so evokingly accurate to the core story of the film.

Not since Evita has their been a soundtrack
like this, just listen to Ewan Macgregor ( the force IS with him ) sing 'Come what may' it like many
others on this album are a tour de force of emotion and originality and renews your faith in
Hollywood.

... , whether your taste in music is diversified or not this a cool , moving , retro ,
hip album and your a phillistine without it

Nice to see David bowie back too

Summary: over the top and absolutely brilliant
Comment: I heard the CD before I saw the film, as friends kept playing it on holiday. As soon as I saw the
film and heard the songs in context I went straight out and bought my own copy. It's totally
theatrical and sweeping, and I just love it. Best played very loud, especially Come What May. Ewan's
Your Song cover will bring out closet Elton John fans everywhere.
