Such a pity that the disc is so short! Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect harmony Comment: After watching the film on television I was haunted by the music of the film playing in my head for most of the day. Just before Christmas I ordered both the DVD and CD of the film and I have not been disappointed. I really recommend this product to anyone with a good ear for music. a little warning though - be prepared for the tunes to be playing in your mind well after you have finished listening to the CD! Customer Rating: Summary: Les Chorister Comment: This is a fantistic album, the solo boy singer has a wondeful voice. The main theme is beautiful. I play it over and over in the car. I saw the film at the cinema. and bought the CD the next day I now buying the DVD Customer Rating: Summary: phantastic music Comment: Can't wait for the DVD-release (quite late in GB though). You immediately fall in love with the music which carries most of the film. And the story is heartwarming as well. If you want more of the choir's music, there is a DVD-concert called "Les Choristes en concert" in DD5.1 and dts with karaoke on 3 songs and a view backstage. 90 minutes of wonderful music ... and the main boy of the film is the lead voice ... no wonder with such a brillant voice. Comment: excellent composer...i have listened to the cd 3 times so far...i love the kyrie more then the rest, but i tend to like religious music more...obviously "vois sur ton chemin" is an ear stealer...i think beyonce's performance of it on the oscars was both hysterical and horrific...she didn't do the music justice whatsoever...someone teach her how to breath...anyways, i don't know why they wouldn't let jean-baptiste maunier sing it, after all he is the soloist in the movie/cd...so anyway, enough of my bantering...the cd is great!
