Summary: Meh
Comment: I'd recomend highly of not buying this CD, unless you intend to use it in a video (so that it isn't
protected).
Why not buy the CD? Its a very good CD and film, yes, but the songs are 90%
useless without the videos, like Beelzeboss. Beelzeboss is a rock off with Satan, with amazing
dancing (in a sarcastic way) so, the video is kind of important for this and many others. I tried
listening to Beelzeboss, didn't feel the same. There's not much point in buying it, unless ya gonna
use it in a film of somekind. Best option for you is too download the videos off of google-video
(this is still staying legal these options), purchasing off of Itunes or various other options you
may find (perhaps filming it ya-self).

Notes!:!:!:!:!:!:!
If you want the song
from the movie (Beelzeboss) then you should download it from Google-vids, because it is slightly
different and shortened down in the CD version. Also the greater version between the movie music and
CD music, is that in the film during Dude I totally miss ya, since Kage got ticked off and dropped
the cup, it didn't finish. (This is possibly the only recomendation via this CD) the finished it in
the cd, got an electric guitar solo, and it owns.

Summary: Far better than their last album
Comment: I disagree with most of the Tenacious D fans on this site. I think this album is far better than
their first one. The first one was more of a comedy album whereas this one rocks and has the comedy
element as well.
Brilliant riffs and melodies that'll definitely grow on you.
'The
Metal' is one of my favourites.

Summary: Some Good Tracks
Comment: From a purely critical point of view the album alone is nothing on the first produced! However
that's not to say its total crap, far from it! Although it does help if you have seen the movie!
Otherwise you'll be left wondering "how, when, what" when your listening to Beelzeboss (The Final
Showdown)

All in all, i am a huge TD fan so i loved it, but from the view of the
general public id say its average, hence the 3 stars!

Summary: Wonderboy? Master Exploder!
Comment: Tenacious d have this strange ability of being able to create songs that seem like the best in the
universe. This album is much tighter than their first but they are both great. What this lacks in
length it makes up for in ultimate rockage.

Summary: It's no wonderboy, but it's pretty close!
Comment: If you haven't heard of Tenacious D before, buy their first album! It is pure comic genius and
gives you a great insight into how the 'D' think. This album is a contrast to the first, and tells
a story (like the film, strangely enough!).

I imagine this album will sound pretty
confusing if you haven't seen the film. I saw it before I listened to the album, and it all makes
perfect sense (well, as much sense as you can make of it considering the weirdness of JB & KG!). I
know it's short, but when you've seen the film the length of the album really isn't an issue. />
Love it!!
